These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BizProfile marketing website and the BizProfile Manager SaaS application (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Using BizProfile Manager

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use BizProfile Manager. You are responsible for the actions taken in your account and for keeping your login details secure.

2. Your account and data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including business locations, reviews, and any content you create or upload. You must only connect Google Business Profiles and accounts you are authorized to manage.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with normal operation, scraping without permission, or using the Services to send spam, deceptive content, or violate any applicable laws or third‑party terms (including Google’s terms for Business Profile and APIs).

4. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans, billing, and cancellations are described on the pricing page and within the product. Payments are processed by our payment provider (currently Razorpay) under their terms. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from within your account; access typically continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Service changes and availability

We may update or change features, limits, and plans from time to time to improve the product or respond to platform changes (for example, changes to the Google Business Profile API). We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error‑free.

6. Intellectual property

BizProfile owns the Services, including the software, design, logos, and branding, excluding content that belongs to you or third parties (such as your business data, reviews, and Google content). You receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, BizProfile will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Services, or where required by law or a platform provider. You may stop using the Services at any time and can request account closure through support.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify you (for example, within the product or by email). Continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
