Why we built it
Managing a Google Business Profile well means staying on top of reviews, keeping info accurate, and sometimes updating many locations at once. Doing that by logging into each profile, or copying replies from a spreadsheet, doesn't scale. We built BizProfile Manager so you can connect once, see all your GBP locations and reviews in one place, respond with templates or AI-generated drafts, and — for teams — share project dashboards and scheduled reports with clients. Everything is account-scoped and tiered (Starter, Growth, Pro) so you only pay for what you need.

How we run the product
The application is built on Laravel with queues (Laravel Horizon) and Redis for reliability and speed. Google API calls and AI reply generation run in the background so the UI stays responsive. We use the official Google Business Profile API and, where applicable, webhooks so review updates can flow in without constant polling.
Billing and subscriptions are handled via Razorpay. Data is strictly isolated per account; we don't share or mix tenant data. We document features and limits clearly so you know exactly what each plan includes — Starter (free), Growth, and Pro — and we're transparent about what's in the product today (Google Business Profile) and what may come later (other platforms).

We'd rather do one thing well than promise everything. Right now that one thing is Google Business Profile: connect your account, manage locations and reviews, use templates and optional AI drafts, view insights, and — on Pro — schedule posts and use auto-reply rules.
