Direct answer

What is Google Business Profile management software?

Google Business Profile management software gives authorized businesses and teams a shared workspace for GBP tasks that would otherwise be handled one profile at a time in Google.

BizProfile Business Suite centralizes supported business-information updates, review and reply workflows, insights, projects, and—on Pro—scheduled posts. As location and review volume grows, this makes consistent responses and reporting easier without replacing Google Business Profile itself.

What it covers

Supported management workflows

Each of these is a workflow the product actually performs against the Google Business Profile API.

  • Locations and projects

Discover eligible Google Business Profile locations, connect them within plan limits, and organize locations into projects.

  • Reviews and replies

Sync Google reviews, filter the inbox, use reply templates or optional AI-assisted drafts, and post approved replies.

  • Google posts

Create and schedule supported Google Business Profile posts on the Pro plan.

  • Insights

Review supported profile views, searches, calls, directions, website clicks, and related location performance data.

  • Multi-location workflows

Use projects, location-level reporting, CSV exports on eligible plans, and scheduled project reports.

  • Agency and team workflows

Share read-only project dashboards and manage team access with role-based permissions.

Which GBP information can BizProfile edit?

Supported updates currently include regular hours, special hours, phone numbers, website URLs, and business categories.

What still requires Google directly?

BizProfile does not expose every GBP field. Photo management, unsupported attributes, and other profile settings remain in Google Business Profile.

Who is BizProfile intended for?

It is designed for businesses managing one or more locations, multi-location teams, and agencies organizing Google profiles they are authorized to manage.

Side by side

Working in Google directly vs. working here

Every workflow below is available in Google Business Profile itself. What changes is how many profiles you can run it across at once.

Workflow In Google Business Profile directly In BizProfile Business Suite
Reading new reviews One profile at a time in the Google Business Profile interface One inbox across connected locations, filtered by rating, date, reply status, or project
Writing a reply Typed from scratch per review Reusable templates, or an AI-assisted draft you edit before posting
Routine positive reviews Answered manually or left unanswered Rating-based auto-reply rules on the Pro plan
Publishing a local post Created and published per location Created and scheduled ahead of time on Pro
Comparing locations Each profile’s performance viewed separately Location-level insights side by side, with CSV export on Growth and Pro
Sharing results Screenshots or manual exports Read-only project dashboards and scheduled report emails
Editing business information Profile settings edited in Google Business Profile Regular and special hours, phone numbers, website URLs, and categories updated here when supported; other settings still require Google directly
