What is BizProfile Business Suite?
BizProfile Business Suite is Google Business Profile management software for businesses, multi-location teams, and agencies. It provides one workspace for supported business information, reviews, reply templates, optional AI-assisted drafts, insights, projects, and — on Pro — scheduled GBP posts and auto-reply rules. The current product focus is Google Business Profile.
Does BizProfile Business Suite work with Facebook, Yelp, or other review sites?
No. The currently published product supports Google Business Profile only. Facebook, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and other directory integrations are not presented as available. The integrations page documents the supported scope.
Does BizProfile replace Google Business Profile?
No. Google Business Profile remains the underlying profile and source of record. BizProfile provides a shared workspace for supported operations, while unsupported fields and settings continue to be managed directly in Google.
Can BizProfile edit Google Business Profile information?
BizProfile can update supported fields including regular hours, special hours, phone numbers, website URLs, and business categories. It does not expose every Google Business Profile field; photo management, unsupported attributes, and other settings still require Google directly.
How do I connect my Google Business Profile?
You connect via a one-click OAuth flow. We request access to the Business Profile API; you sign in with Google and grant permission. Your access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted. In Settings > Google you can see connection status, linked email, token health, and a list of locations. You can revalidate the token anytime. If the connection is revoked, we prompt you to reconnect; locations that still exist in Google can be auto-reactivated.
